Q: HOW SHOULD I ENJOY MY PLATTERS?
A: Keep your platter refrigerated until 15-20 minutes before serving. Most cheeses taste best at room temperature. Crackers are packed separately to stay fresh.


Q: WHAT TYPES OF MEATS AND CHEESES DO YOU OFFER IN YOUR CHARCUTERIE BOARDS?

A: We offer a variety of meats such as prosciutto, salami, and chorizo, along with an assortment of cheeses including brie, cheddar, gouda, manchego and more.


Q: WHAT ARE THE PORTIONS FOR YOUR BOXES/PLATTERS?
A:  Our platters are designed to be appetizer-style servings, perfect for sharing at meetings or events. If you’d like a more filling option, we recommend sizing up to a larger package.

 

Q: DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF TAMPA?

A: We proudly serve the Tampa Bay area, including Lutz, Wesley Chapel, and surrounding neighborhoods. For deliveries outside this area, please contact us directly — extended delivery may be available for an additional fee.


Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?
A:  •  Essential Package: 48 hours’ notice
     •  Executive Package: 3–5 business days’ notice
     •  Luxe Package: 7–10 business days’ notice
⚡ Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, based on availability.

Custom Orders (outside of packages): Please allow at least 7 business days so we can source ingredients and plan your event properly.


Q: DO YOU SET UP THE BOARDS ON SITE?
A: For our Luxe Package and grazing tables, we offer on-site setup to ensure everything looks perfect. Essential and Executive packages are delivered ready-to-serve with minimal effort required on your end.

 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: Orders canceled more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a partial charge to cover costs of sourcing and preparation.

We also offer the option to apply your payment as a credit toward a future event within 12 months. Alternatively, you may transfer the credit to a friend or colleague, who can use it for their own order within the same 12-month period. This ensures your investment in The Luxe Board continues to hold value and can be enjoyed at a later date.


Q: HOW SHOULD I STORE MY CHARCUTERIE BOARD IF I DON'T FINISH IT ALL AT ONCE?

A: To maintain freshness, store any leftovers in the refrigerator. Cover the board tightly with plastic wrap (or transfer items to airtight containers) to prevent them from drying out. For best quality, enjoy within 2–3 days.


Q: CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, INCLUDING VEGETARIAN OPTIONS?

A: Yes! We’re happy to accommodate dietary needs such as vegetarian, gluten-free, and pork-free options upon request. Please note any restrictions when placing your order so we can make the right substitutions.

For vegetarian boards, we provide an expanded selection of artisan cheeses such as brie, gouda, manchego, chèvre, and aged cheddar, along with seasonal fruits, vegetables, nuts, dips, and accompaniments. These boards are crafted with the same balance of flavors, textures, and presentation as our traditional boards, ensuring they’re just as abundant and satisfying.

 

⚠️ Allergy Notice: If you or your guests have any allergies, please disclose them at the time of booking. While we take great care in preparation, all boards are created in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, and dairy.
